Ok so i want to join the dark brotherhood and the thieves guild but that will give me more that one infamy point, which will not allow me to wear my Crusade armor. I was going to wear my other Knights of the Nine stuff(Knights of the Nine Cuirass and Shield) but the chest in the fighters guild restarted. I've got 2 questions:
1) How do i get the ID for the Knights of the Nine Cuirass and Shield to work? ive tried 01000ec8/9, 02000ec8/9, and xx000ec8/9.
2) Is there a safe storage place in a city(besides a home) for long term storage?

Well, starting off for number 2 most places respawn besides your home, no matter where they are it will go poof after a while. Just buy the cheapest home in Imperial City and throw them in there, better safe than sorry.
The codes for the Cuirass and Shield are different. How many plugins do you have installed? First find out how many plugins you have installed (Knights of Nine, Shivering Isles, smaller plugins, etc) that should be the first number.
So for instance if you only have the Knights of Nine plugin in it should be:
01000EC9
01000EC8
and should be 02 if you have another plugin etc.
Just so you know those two armor pieces aren't even necessary and more can be found in the basement. Those are the codes though, and no where is really safe to store things unless it is a house.
