Im 15 and im in girls indor track i threw a 29 … now im in outdoor and only throwing 21.. i think i just need to get my throwing flow back but idk… if any 1 can help me it would be much appreciated.. my coach says that im not opening my hips or driving the shot across my chest also he says that my thumb is not comming out.. soo what are some exercises and practices i can do to get better at this.
