I have a skirt I bought at Lane Bryant that's absolutely beautiful. It starts as a light blue than fades into a dark blue to finally fade to dark navy, with silver sequins at the bottm (it reminds me of a night sky with the effect.) Only problem, I don't know what to wear it with topwise. I'm taking my brother out to lunch Friday, and would like to wear the skirt then. I'm probably going to pair it with a nude hose and black heels with a small bow on the toe. I would like it to be casual, but nice, since I have to go to service afterwards. I’m a bit chubby in the stomach area (not hugely so, but enough to notice), so I don't usually wear tanks. Also, I'm a 38D, so my chest makes wearing some tops awkward. It's just above mid calf. It's nice and flowy to hide my stomach and butt. If nothing else, I suppose I could wear a black top… I would rather have some color, though. Any ideas?

Do some layers!! Sure you could wear a black top, but maybe you could dress it up with some detailing on the chest area. If you want it to be casual try layering with a classy denim jacket and leave it unbuttoned. Cute skirt

A white color top would go nicely. Black is also very slimming, if you want color you can go for a yellowish color and even lavender.

u could go 4 a light blue colour.black is also good but try 4 a navy blue instead.
