My Mother always uses Candle wax with good results.

rub a candle down the runners and that should do the trick. the wax lubricates the runners and will last for years

bees wax is the best thing to use rub onto both parts of the runners,then they should run ok.

if it has steel runners wd 40 them if it runs on the wood it self you can buy plastic corner pieces that you put in the corners of the drawer opening

Spray the drawer runners with furniture polish. Works great.
