What's everyone like to do for the edge on the top of a chest of drawers. I was thinking about just rounding over the top edge. It seems like the end grain looks kind of funny though. I know they have those edge veneers at orange box but I don't want something that will chip. I know I could do breadboard but it seems like a lot of work. What's everyone's opinion?

Route the edge.

Look at some ogee bits/designs.

You could use them as cut or flip the top.
