Could you please list the exercises for the parts of the body as follows:
Arms

Trunk/Abs

Oh and I forgot to add, to do these exercises I will be using my gym. The gym has a bench, dumbells, barbells, lateral pull down, fixed bench, pec deck and leg raise.
Arms: Bicep curls, Triceps Pushdown - Rope Attachment
Chest: Benchpress, Dumbell flyes
Abs: Crunches/Situps
Shoulders: Barbell military presses, Arnold presses
Back: Pullups, V-Bar pulldowns

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a Trackbackpush ups and sit ups are pretty good for all this parts of your body.if you have some weights you can do a lot for your arm and shoulders.
