Oh and I forgot to add, to do these exercises I will be using my gym. The gym has a bench, dumbells, barbells, lateral pull down, fixed bench, pec deck and leg raise.

Arms: Bicep curls, Triceps Pushdown - Rope Attachment
Chest: Benchpress, Dumbell flyes
Abs: Crunches/Situps
Shoulders: Barbell military presses, Arnold presses
Back: Pullups, V-Bar pulldowns
