have a 3 drawer chest using it as an end table. middle drawer has my moleskine notebooks and sketchbooks and other special things. the pull is about to come out. it is acrylic finished on the outside and old wood inside. something is stuck in it. i can't get anything inside to loosen it. any ideas. RIGHT NOW I aM running air conditioning so it will unswell. i am beside myself. some of my most treasured things.it is a sturdy thing with no access from the inside. it is crooked in back think it is something sawed off of a bigger piece of furniture.

do you know what i can do? i am not handy. no particular tools. THANK YOU.
Okay…solved. First took out the other drawers. The AC worked because air conditioning dehumidifies. THEN i READ both your answers. Grabbed bottom of drawer and nothing happened. TIPPED THE CHEST FORWARD. loosened it with a "free cd" i got in a govt grants scheme, put soap on the cd and loosened sides. FINALLy just gave it another yank on the pull…and WOW it's okay. the item that was stuck in the back was not important but also not damaged. it was wedged up and down and not reachable. THANKS FOR THE HELP.

Cant you take out the top and bottom drawers and then put your arm in and pull out the middle one…
