I lived in a maisonette that only had heating in the sitting room and I bought a small electric heater for the bedroom for when it was really cold but my electric blanket was the best thing I ever bought. I would say buy an electric blanket ,put it on half hour before you go to bed and enjoy your nice warm bed.
