I sleep with a hot water bottle or use an extra soft fleecey blanket in the bedroom as I only have a convector heater in my bedroom. But the Economy seven heater is in the hall and living room. I think my housing association should have installed convector heaters with timers and an on indicator.

I don’t put on the over night water as I have an electric shower and boil the kettle when I need hot water for washing dishes etc.

I shut the doors to keep heat in the room and try and keep the economy7 heaters on the lowest possible settings. any Ideas?
Would it make more sense to buy a heated under blanket then turn on the heater in the bedroom? If I had central heating I wouldn't put this question on lol.

I lived in a maisonette that only had heating in the sitting room and I bought a small electric heater for the bedroom for when it was really cold but my electric blanket was the best thing I ever bought.
I would say buy an electric blanket ,put it on half hour before you go to bed and enjoy your nice warm bed.
