hey, it started out with a cold, then i slep with the windows open with a thin blanket and now i have a raspy cough which sounds like ive been smoking for 50 years and my chest is quite painful, ever after taking 2 panadine. what are things i should avoid to not have it getting worse[if it is a chest infection], like foods or someting :S
