She is close I know that much and I think she may have them tonight. I can fell them kicking and she lets out a small moan every once in a while. I already have a box and blanket ready but I'm not sure if she will have them there. I don't want it to be like last time when she woke me up at 3:00 am having kittens on my bed lol.

That's the bad part, dogs and cats alike will go where they want to have their babies. I put my cat the "bed" I made for her a couple times until she laid down in it when I knew she was close. As far as how you can tell when. I would say watch her real close, has she been restless today or last night? Is she laying down now and panting? These are a few things to look for. Good luck!
